widget dissapears

Hi, what can cause the widget to disappear? We didn't do any maintenance other than updating the plugin on April 3rd. I found out today that the widget was gone. I looked through my Activity log and didn't see anything suspicious.
Any ideas?

My bad. When I am referring to"the widget" I am talking about your plugin. I found it inactive.

It means that something is wrong in the database Or have you changed the name of the plugin folder
It doesn't depend on my plugin anyway
Thank you for the prompt response. I was looking to find if you had any tips or ideas on preventing this from happening in the future and not if the plug-in has an issue. The database pointer makes sense, and I will keep an eye on it.
