Dear All,

I notice that some times the side menu it show it wrongly (https://www.signaturecd.com/shop/?swoof=1&pa_make=bmw&pa_model=aluminium-panniers&pa_years=2018,2017,2016,2015,2014,2019,2020). It shows only the Model & Year (missing product type, Style, Series)

BUT when I remove and add again the widget it ok.

 

Please advise.

Looks like this link is not valid. Please  drop me   link to  the  issue

Maybe it's a cache. Try to disable caching and do tests

Hi Pablo,

The link it's working from my side!

Try to

  1. http://www.signaturecd.com
  2. from the top menu select any brand and the select a model (ex BMW and the R1250GS 2019+)

Note that it happens again today and I had to delete the woof - WooCommerce Products Filter from the sidebar and add it again.

Please update  plugin  to  latest  version - https://products-filter.com/how-to-make-auto-update-for-wordpress-plugins-and-themes-bought-on-envato/ (You are using a very old version)
