Hi,

I have 2 questions:

1. How do I display products on a custom category page? 100% page width display.

2. The V sign: After filtering in the filter performs the filtering work but is not saved. This happens in some filter preset and some not. Maybe I didn't explain myself well, 2 videos are attached, but the explanation in the videos will be better

Thanks Benny

Hello Benny

  1. It is better to ask the support of the author of your template.  My shortcode for displaying products uses the current theme template
  2. Everything is simple! you have several identical filters on one page. And you use such an element as a radio (only one choice is possible, this is the whole point of this element)  and this element is marked in another filter on your page (maybe this filter is hidden)

Hi Pablo

  1. I can ask but before I will doing it and I will have an answer how I will combine it with your shortcut, Because I need yours to have the filtering effect, not his shortcode, His shortcode gave me just a 100% wide page view. Can you formulate a question for me that I will use so that the answer will be understandable to you and serve us how to combine the template wide effect with your shortcode to have the 100% wide page view.
  2. I did not understand the answer (-: , I will write you below 2 Preset filters of different custom pages

    A. skin-care custom page
    https://myshopshop.com/beauty-and-personal-care/skin-care/
    C <p style="text-align: center;">[woof_products taxonomies="product_cat:9780" woof_products per_page=12 columns=4]</p>

    B. sports-camping custom page
    https://myshopshop.com/sports-camping/
    <p style="text-align: center;">[woof_products taxonomies="product_cat:10465" woof_products per_page=12 columns=4]</p>

The only difference between them is:"product_cat"

Why"skin-care" custom page filtter work like expected and keep the V radio after filtering and"sports-camping" custom page Not doing this behave.

Thanks Benny

Hello

1 The styles of my shortcode depend on the styles of your theme. Because to display products, my shortcode uses the current theme template

2 Please read my previous message again more carefully. The reason is that two filters are displayed on this page.  My  video - https://c2n.me/4gGpo5C - As you see on the video, there is a second filter on this page and it is hidden, unfortunately I don't know why you added it. But this is the reason for this behavior

Hi Pablo, Please try to help me Because my knowledge is limited in this area, I will explain:

This is my custom page code editor:

This 2 lines represents the flyout-trigger container AND The Filter short code.

<h2 style="text-align: center;"><i class="fas fa-sliders-h" style="font-size: 24px; color: gray;"></i> <a class="flyout-trigger-id-26478" href="#">ספורט ופעילות בטבע</a></h2>

In my unprofessional eyes I see only one filter and you claim there are 2 filters, the second one is hidden.

My question is, how do I get rid of the second hidden filter will not disturb to main one?

I don't understand how it happened, you saw that in the second department the filter was tested as expected

Thanks a lot pablo

Benny

Hello

First, please note that this shortcode is not a filter - [woof_products] This product display shortcode

There are two ways to display a filter:  Shortcode [woof]  and  WOOF widget

In your case on this page you use these two shortcodes:

[woof taxonomies='product_cat:10465+yith_product_brand:10296' dynamic_recount='1' btn_position='tb']

[woof taxonomies='product_cat:10311+yith_product_brand:9680,10048,10296' dynamic_recount='1' btn_position='tb']

Unfortunately, I have no idea how and why you inserted the second shortcode.  According to the HTML code, I see that you have 5 pop-up containers on the page - https://c2n.me/4gH2X3V.png (Perhaps by these IDs you can find the container in the settings)

the first container contains the filter you expect.  In the second container there is the hidden filter.

For my part, I can't assume anything

HI

I did the thing I know best, since I don't understand much about code, I opened a new fresh clean page and entered exactly the same parameters as the problematic page + a new flyout-trigger-id-27810 container (with a new ID 27810)

This code represent the flyout-trigger-id-27810 container: <h2 style="text-align: center;"><i class="fas fa-sliders-h" style="font-size: 24px; color: gray;"></i> <a class="flyout-trigger-id-27810" href="#">ספורט ופעילות בטבע</a></h2>

And This code represent the woof_products taxonomies="product_cat:10465: <p style="text-align: center;">[woof_products taxonomies="product_cat:10465" woof_products per_page=12 columns=4]</p>

........................................................................................

Like you see there is one woof shortcode and there is not hiden one and still have the problem.

and if I will build more preset filters in the further I will have the same problem behavior.

Any way thanks to your help.

I give up. Thanks Benny

Hello Benny

I checken  your   new  page - https://c2n.me/4gHBfJ2.mp4  - yes there are two filters on this page

Unfortunately, I don't know how you set up your site either.  For my part, I gave all possible information

Hi Pablo

Thanks for the last hint, All done and I found the problem and the"hidden filter".

The problem came from a filter i set up about 3-4 month ago. That filter supposed to filter the product by cities. I admit, I built it wrong. I saw his activity after you showed the last video.

After I cleared all the settings of this filter especially from the Flyouts contayner Which created a conflict as you explained, basically preventing any filter on every page to keep the V radio mark after filtering

In any case, everything works fine thanks to you, alone I could not point out the problem and where to start searching.

Thank you Pablo.

Hello

Great!  Welcome;)
