You need to log-in to create request (topic) to the support

When trying to get a rate all I get it "Please use the API Key"

The support doesn work on Saturdays and Sundays, so some Friday requests can be answered on Monday. If you have problems with registration ask help on contact us page please

  1. Currencies
  2. Click Update all rates
  3. USD comes through by the rest are changed to zero
  4. Click the refresh icon on a row
  5. It now reads Please use the API Key

This happens when I try to add any currency that's not USD.
