I've installed this plugin and added a filter to the shop page. The filter is working correctly, but there's an issue. When no products are found, a blank page appears. Why is this happening? I want the filter to still show and a message to appear in the product column instead of a blank page.

Hello

It seems the problem is that the current theme does not have a template: no-products-found.php

Please  try this option  Advanced->Options - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20240626124128.png

I use the free version of the plugin, but this feature is only available in the pro version. Is there any way to make it work in the free version?

Yes. Override this template in a child theme - https://woocommerce.com/document/template-structure/
