When I turn off to show numbers of products, it also turns off the option to categories with no produtcs

On my website https://tischreservierung-oktoberfest.de/shop/ I dont want to show the number of products for each category, but I want to hide categories that have no products currently. I cannot do both it seems. When I turn of the numbers it shows empty categories in the filter. It only hides the empty categories when I show the product numbers. How can I solve this?

I just updated manually to v.3.3.7.1 and the problem still persists

Didn't work either, as soon as I set the the numbers to show to"no", it also sets the hide empty categories to"no" automatically.

Hello

  1. You should enable dynamic recount https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20250812123153.png - this will start recount of possible filter variations for eact term and in this way you will get"but I want to hide categories that have no products currently"
  2. To hide already recounted data: Advanced->Options - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20250807124952.png
  3. Then reset all possible cache on your site if you have installed any cache plugin

If you still can not do this - please share wp-admin access in the secret area of this topic (paste info and press save button) and then write us here abouut results to trigger further actions from our side about the isssue
