Waiting For Server Response Issue
The support doesn work on Saturdays and Sundays, so some Friday requests can be answered on Monday. We seem to be having an issue with our site and after having extensive conversations with our theme provider (Avada) and website host (BlueHost) they have said that it seems like the Woof Plugin could be causing issues.
After going to any page and clicking on a specific product, it takes 35+ seconds for the page to load. When troubleshooting through Google Chrome Developer Tools we see that it gets hung up on the"Waiting for Server Response".
We have done everything to try and fix this issue with no success. We have fully built and launched the site at this point containing roughly 1,300 products. We have also set up a CDN to help, with no success. It almost seems that whatever is happening is, it's taking to long for the server to figure out what product we're clicking on and to direct to that page. The page itself loads in under a second after we get the response. We have been advised it could be database related, not sure how WOOF plays into it.
The website is http://www.alsdelivers.com. If you drop down and go to any page, and then click on a product for the first time (so it's not cached), you will see exactly the issue we're having first hand.
