Hello Woof

Im a happy pro user of your product filter and I hope you can help.

Unfortunately woof is not working on the mobile version of my responsive website; http://www.badkleding.com
According to the theme builder (flatsome/themeforest) your plugin is the reason for this.

Hi Maurice,

What we mean is you have a plugin called woocommerce products filters.
That's the plugin that is providing the filters on the left sidebar here https://www.badkleding.com/bkd/dames/bikini-dames/

You need to disable that plugin and instead use the filters \ widgets that are provided by woocommerce plugin.
Those filter are in appearance \ widget area and you can add them to the shop sidebar and configure them to what you need.

Please advise if this is correct.

Thank you

Hello  Maurice

Unfortunately woof is not working on the mobile version of my responsive website - Please describe it in more detail.

All I see is that the current theme hides the sidebar for mobile devices - https://c2n.me/46pxp0u - But it does not depend on my plugin and in this case I do not understand the theme support answer

Tnx for your fast reply Pablo.
Will contact theme supplier.

Checking and reverting back here.

regards

Hello

Ok!  Now you can try this solution.  - https://c2n.me/46qBMeb.png

Hi Pablo

I did this:

https://c2n.me/46qBMeb.png
and now I see the filter in my mobile website!  Unfortunately it does not look so smooth/nice as it should.

See this demo website how it should perform.
https://flatsome3.uxthemes.com/product-category/men/

It seems my theme (flatsome) is not compatable with WOOF, please see below quote:

Hi Maurice,

What is the particular reason you need to use the plugin for filtering?
The default filter widgets provided by woocommerce plugin can replace what you are filtering.

There is filter by price and by product attribute provided by woocommerce.
Please let us know of that exact reason for use of the plugin over what woocommerce uses.
The plugin does not work well with the theme and it would have to be looked into.

Would it be possible to make it work like the demo website? https://flatsome3.uxthemes.com/product-category/men/

Including the fancy button: https://clip2net.com/s/46qLa95

Hello

Unfortunately, I can’t suggest anything.  Because it only depends on the current theme.

It seems the theme developers have created functionality that does not work with any third-party plugin.

I can say that in the next update our plugin will have a similar feature - https://c2n.me/46sQUUK

Thank you for your effort.

I will wait for the update. When can we expect it?

Tnx

Hello

When can we expect it? - unfortunately I can’t say the exact date but I think in one month
