The plugin is very unstable
The support doesn work on Saturdays and Sundays, so some Friday requests can be answered on Monday. If you have problems with registration ask help on contact us page pleaseIf you not got email within 24~36 business hours, firstly check your spam box, and if no any email from the support there - back to the forum and read answer here. I purchased the plugin based on the free version but I'm frustrated.
I have to repeatedly go to Woocommerce > Settings > Products Filter > Options and change"Show Count" to"No","Dynamic Recount" to"Yes" and"Hide Empty Terms" to"No".
I do it over and over and over and it keeps changing back.
I need help.
