Hi

Can you please help with the following queries.  I will paste license key into the box.

1 - when navigating between products using the filter with ajax mode on, sometimes the filters on the shop sidebar disappear.  If the page is refreshed they re-appear.    example - navigate to /shop/, filter by vendor"rebel pets" this is page after filter https://www.dropbox.com/s/dj32e0u11e1onc9/Screenshot%202021-08-20%20at%2009.20.31.png?dl=0, then refresh page and note filter list on left appears again https://www.dropbox.com/s/3306nr0atqj4aqq/Screenshot%202021-08-20%20at%2009.21.11.png?dl=0 Anything that can be done to prevent this?

2 - I am using the filter by vendor.  I have multi vendor site using Dokan.  I have hid zero items, and dynamic re-count switched on.  Why does the page not eliminate vendors which do not have a product? The full list of vendors always appear.  https://www.dropbox.com/s/ku44fwv022eljm1/Screenshot%202021-08-20%20at%2009.11.13.png?dl=0.  However when using turbo mode this does happen and only relevant vendor appear in dropdown for associated products.

3 - I tested turbo mode and strangely it did not seem much faster than using Ajax mode.  I followed the setup steps in your instructions.  Any tips?  Any tips at a server level to maximise performance of the WOOF filter as I have found having it installed definitely taxes the server more that without.

4 - Did you manage to take a look at the query I raised on a previous support query about the mobile off canvas sidebar that when using ajax mode?

Apologesi, I forgot to add another point.

5 - The product page loads 10 items https://www.mytanklife.com/product-category/livestock/?swoof=1&paged=1&really_curr_tax=51-product_cat even though woocomerce has been set to 20 I think.  When I change WOOF setting in product per page from -1, to 12 for example.  The filters in sidebar gets messed up and do not correlate with the product page for some reason?

Hello

  1. My test  - https://c2n.me/4d4wk6C

Thank you, there are some scenarios that the filters disappear and only come back with total page refresh however I will try to recreate and send you a video.

  1. No dynamic recalculation for authors

I noticed when using turbo mode, it does apply a product count for authors and it also hides vendors with do not have products which is good (section in video where I click on plant category, only vendor which sell plants appear which is great) See video which demo each of those instances. https://www.loom.com/share/c9943fd97d36462aaed635f1ced627fa. however this not possible when using Ajax mode?

A question raised however, is it normal for turbo mode to make filters to jump around like that as they dynamically recalculate units on hand and the page loads?  Would you agree that on my installation turbo mode is not working optimally? refer video of example.

Thank you

  1. I answered  you on another  topic

Thank you, unfortunately the solution you suggested the WOOF native filter button for mobile did not appear?  I watched your video clip.  The widget is hidden in mobile menu bar which pop out and there is no alternative filter visible on screen for use?  Perhaps my theme hide it or not compatible?

It raised another question around using ajax options.  notice behaviour of product page refresh without WOOF  https://www.loom.com/share/dba03b5bb66c484c896c95e6af3b7d2f

However with WOOF using AJAX, https://www.loom.com/share/1708af7e70f04538a2d22d07900d4dfd.  Is there a way to make the screen scroll back to top of page after ajax refresh?  Do I need a script from Re-Hub author to place into that section of WOOF plugin?  I have requested from Re-hub just in case hopefully they don't return same answer as last time.

  1. Please  set  24 - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20210820135951.png If  no  luck  drop me  wp-admin access - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20210618130558.png ->https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20210618130637.png

Thank you, 24 seems to be working fine now.

Hello

In this video, I saw no problems with turbo mode - it works correctly

turbo mode uses a different database and can count authors

Thank you, all is working well so far after your advice and suggestions.

Only issue to resolve is the off canvas mobile filter menu which does not close after ajax redraw.  Re-hub theme author did not send this JS Script for some reason.  Is there another way to find it so that I can action?

Apologies, I still have so much to learn with CSS, JS.  I still need your assistance with the JS script please.

I found this script which is working well for me window.scrollTo({ top: 0, behavior: 'smooth' }); however the WOOF version you sent is much better the way it scrolls and animates.

I am having trouble however to change the stop position of the WOOF script to match the other one.   I tried changing the"container" end point from to something higher on the page using the inspect function but I am doing something wrong, the changes I made did not work? I must be writing the end point incorrectly.

jQuery('html, body').animate({ scrollTop: jQuery(".????????????????????").offset().top }, 777);

Hello

Please try  it:

jQuery('html, body').animate({ scrollTop: jQuery(".woocommerce-breadcrumb").offset().top }, 777);

Hi Pablo

Is it possible to tweak your script so that it scrolls right to the top of the page?

I have another script I am using which does scroll to the top of page like I want, but it does not operate as smoothly as yours and sometimes it jump a little down before scrolling up.  https://www.loom.com/share/1b43339b36384fefa2d0afb302e81591

Thank you

Hello

Yes, try please: jQuery('html, body').animate({ scrollTop: jQuery("head").offset().top }, 777);

Hi Pablo, I recently updated my product filter to your latest version.  My scripts which I pasted in the advanced settings   have disappeared.  When I try to save them again they dont stick.  See video clip https://capture.dropbox.com/gCMHNrakZ6PQDret

If you have download link for previous version would also be good to troubleshoot.

Upon further testing I notice that any change to settings are not saved.
