Variation filters do not work correctly

Hi,
I have uploaded around 70 articles, which contain two variations.
The variations have approximately 3-10 entries. This results in around 600 children's items. Unfortunately, only one entry of a variation from the filter is displayed.
Otherwise the filters appear to be empty. Only one article is assigned to the filter.
I also have other articles and filters active. When I deleted the properties and uploaded them again, I now also have the problem that the filter seems to be empty or is no longer displayed.
I've tried a lot of things, but so far without success! Can you please help me?
Here you can see, that just one Filter entry is activ, only one article is assigned to the filter, even though all articles contain the same entries and the same variations.

Woocommerce probably also has a problem here. It does not display the dependencies correctly for these products.
If I deactivate the intermediate sizes 122-152, then these intermediate sizes are displayed in the filter. But then there are no longer any products stored.
For the variation Konfektionsgröße"Size" -> Einheitsgröße"One size" refers to the intermediate sizes 128-152. Maybe we have a problem here ÄÖÜ?

Of course, only those products that are in stock and available should be displayed after filtering.
This is also how it is set, but the unavailable ones are also displayed. That wasn't the case before.

Now it's filtering properly again, but I'm still missing entries in the filter. See the pictures I attached.
The intermediate sizes are not displayed. 122-152 is missing from “Your size (cm)” (Deine Größe (cm) and “One size” (Einheitsgröße) is missing from “Clothing size” (Konfektionsgröße).
By the way, where i can find the option you set above?
