Variable Products showing even when out of stock

Hi there I have the pro version of this plugin and it is installed on ivorylane.ie There is an issue in that when I select a size filter for example, variable products that are out of stock will always show. I have followed the support forums to tackle the issue but it persists after setting a checkbox default to only show out of stock, after turning inventory off and back on again, trialing it with new variable products. Please advise as to how to fix this problem. Thank you.

If you go to the page https://ivorylane.ie/product-category/sale/ for example.
In the filter by size section click size 10.
The first t-shirt that appears ( ' Pieszak Sophistique Neon Tee ' ) shows eventhough that t-shirt is only in stock in size 8.

It looks like you didn’t configure the options correctly

https://c2n.me/47UNs1O.png - the filter works with these attributes but you do not use these attributes for variations.
In fact, this product has the size UK 10 in stock
