Using a link to search results menu in shop side bar not showing

I had problems with filter on text, when no results, the menu"Product met edelsteen op" disappeared. You helped me with this and after activating settings to ajax search it was solved.

The only issue that remains (as far as I know now) is the following:

Normally me shop side bar looks like this https://kristal-deva.nl/edelsteen/wissel-sieraden/

When I use a link to search results the menu"Product met edelsteen op" in the shop side bar is not showing. See:

Can you please help me solve this? I really need to link internally to filter results and have no idea how to solve it myself.
