The Built By Wordpress Team has prompted us to contact you regarding a bug we're having with the Turbo Mode of HUSKY  - Products Filter Professional for WooCommerce on our website http://www.tissu.tn

Please refer to the video attachment for further details regarding the following bugs
. These bugs do not happen when Turbo Mode is deactivated.
1) The filter choice options inside get messed up once the Turbo Mode is activated (see video attached).
2) The text layout of the first four filters changes once the Turbo Mode is activated (the text becomes in bold).
3) The filter « Reset » button in our website completely vanished when Turbo Mode is activated.
4) When the Turbo Mode is activated, some filters reflect inaccurate results (or no results at all) which needs further investigation as well.
5)  When the Turbo Mode is activated we should be able to select/check (and uncheck) multiple filter options at a time from the filter(s) before the filter(s) window(s) closes.
We genuinely rely on your assistance to help us address the bugs above.

1) Try using the first filter for instance (select different options) you'll see the issue attached in the previous reply appearing.

2) As well, try using the"Caracteristiques" Filter, you'll see no results wheras there should be results and there are results once the Turbo Mode is deactivated.

3) Notice how the first four filters above become in bold once the Turbo Mode is activated.

Could you kindly assist in fixing the Turbo Mode bug?

and checked the update to the last version. - Unfortunately no, you are using  the old version of the plugin. You should update the plugin, remove your code customization, update the cache and do a test

We have followed the steps you've mentioned and now we are seeing the following errror whereby all the filters are frozen (see image attached).

With respect to the customized code, it has been added by the Built by WordPress team. and they re telling us that the bug is coming from the Plugin author.

We are extremely disappointed at this point. Could you kindly assist with practical and tangible steps instead of throwing the ball back to us?

https://ibb.co/yXKcx5q  - I don't see any problem here, absolutely correct behavior. On the first selection, the plugin makes a request and starts redrawing the filter, and subsequent selections are not taken into account until the filter is redrawn

1 What do you mean, I see that the order remains the same

2  This is your custom code.  This adds another text along with a sort button (this shouldn't be there at all)  - https://c2n.me/4jZYqdn  - Please delete your customization

3  The plugin catches filter click events and displays the button. But it looks like in your case this may not work due to your customization. an  example - https://c2n.me/4jZYDM7  - When you click on a parent element, the entire chain is marked and the child elements are hidden. This is not our functionality - Please delete your customization

4  Turn on dynamic recalculation
