Quote from Hassan on August 22, 2025, 07:50Dear Husky Customer Service,
I recently purchased the Husky (Old Woof) plugin for my German webshop and am experiencing several urgent issues. It seems there may be some fundamental problems preventing the plugin from functioning properly. Here are the main concerns:
Filter Functions Not Working: Some filters, such as "Product Color" in German on my shop "Farbe" are not activating and appearing.
- Builder Function Issues: Changes made with the builder do not save. Occasionally, I see the changes on backend, but they do not persist or get stored properly.
Design & Layout Problems:
Default layout settings cannot be adjusted as needed.
Dropdown product sizes require additional padding.
Font sizes for product categories are too large, causing layout breaks (e.g., radio buttons appear on one line, while the title wraps to the next line), which affects usability and aesthetics.
Dropdown Behavior: Occasionally, dropdown menus appear open by default, which is not the intended behavior.
There are many smaller issues, but these are the major ones affecting our ability to launch the site. We urgently need help to resolve these functional problems first. After that, we can focus on aesthetics and design adjustments.
I suspect there may be a deeper, structural issue behind these problems.
I would be very grateful for your urgent support!
Kind regards,
Hassan

Regarding global attributes, I have to find a solution for color and form of products.

Quote from Hassan on August 22, 2025, 12:24UPDATE: I don't know where the issue exactly is. However pa_farbe is pa_color. Maybe it is because of germand version of Woocmmerce. Definitely you know where the issue is? However, the colors and form appears, but I have a setting of them to reverse 8 colors and 4 forms. Without those include/exclude options, it shows the attributes. Exclude or reverse options make them disappear.

Dear Pablo,
I've managed to resolve almost all issues — thank you for your support so far.
However, one issue still remains unresolved:
The "In Stock" filter (German: Auf Lager) is not working accurately. It sometimes displays out-of-stock or sold products, and occasionally hides products that are actually in stock.
For example, out-of-stock or sold items are usually marked with a badge like (Sold) (German: Verkauft or Ausverkauft), or instead of the "Add to Cart" button, there's a "Read More" (German: Weiterlesen) button.
When visiting the shop page and applying the "In Stock" filter and sorting prices from low to high (German: niedrig zu hoch):
https://teppichbazar.at/shop/?swoof=1&orderby=price— the first product listed should not appear, as it is out of stock:
https://teppichbazar.at/shop/?swoof=1&orderby=priceCould you please look into this?

Quote from Hassan on August 25, 2025, 22:32Thank you for your response. I still believe a lot of them are out of stock. Even the example, that you mentioned, was marked as "weterlesen" means read more, not "add to cart" option. Please take a second look for some more examples! A lof of them are out of stock.
Example for filter with in stock filter:
https://teppichbazar.at/?swoof=1&post_type=product&type_aws=true&aws_id=1&aws_filter=1&awscat=Form:1%20Filter:All&woof_text=w1&stock=instock
Anything with (Verkauft) (Sold in german) in title is out of stock, and the proove of that is no option for add to cart, but only read more (in german: weiterlesen)
Out of stock examples appearing as "in stock" on backend they are out of stock.

Quote from Hassan on August 31, 2025, 16:13Hello Pablo,
we changed a few settings. The got solved. Slightly. Only two issues in combination of filters and Advanced Woo Search are still not solved.
1-Color filter brings to Filter Attribute page. (Only with text search combnaiton)
2-Resetting filters should bring always to shop page under any circumstances, but it removes all filters and bring to color attribute chosen.
Example:
https://teppichbazar.at/farbe/blau-tuerkis/?swoof=1&post_type=product&type_aws=true&aws_id=1&aws_filter=1&awscat=Form%3A1+Filter%3AAll&woof_text=W1&stock=instock
If we push the button "alle bereinigen" (German for clean all filters) it brings to color attribute page, not main shop page.
https://teppichbazar.at/farbe/blau-tuerkis/
You have access to backend login!
Thanks in advance!
Greetings!

My recommendations for the correct operation of the filter please use our text search. We cannot be held responsible for incompatibility with third party filters.
It seems the current template is not compatible with ajax mode. I found the cause of the error and fixed it(in file - \themes\themify-shoppe\themify\class-themify-enqueue.php - added code - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20250901121808.png)
$layout = 'grid3';
But the problem is that the current template uses a lot of JS code for styling, and after an Ajax request, this JS is not initialized because there is no page reload- https://c2n.me/4n54pGE
I recommend disabling ajax mode.
Alternative solution, find the JS code for this template and initialize it here - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20250901122451.png

We are going to get in touch with Themify and AWS customer service.
But could you solve the issue with endless loading? It was working fine before even on themify and AWS search. It has to be solved first from your side before we ask Theme support to solve other issues. Currently, Husky has an issue alone. (Hanging endless loading) the issue with endless loading page appeared after, I activated "turbo search" and "quick search" extensions. I deactivated them. But now it seems, there is an issue with hanging on "loading"
As mentioned, we have already two topic related to trhat on support forum:

Only one small issue needs a fix. Under any circumstances "reset filter" button in should bring to main shop page, not main homepage. Could you please somehow force that by a static URL?

In my opinion: He is 100% right. We have thousands of shop links. Under any circumstances Reset button should bring straight to /shop page. Anything else in programing does not make sense.
If I deinstall Husky, this button doesn't exists anymore.
Any other behavior of this reset Filter button on any shop page is not making sense but bringing to /shop page.
I wished, we could solve this issue. Should be an easy fix. Otherwise we lose customers every day, if the bottons don't behave logically.

The"reset filter" button is a part of Husky filter. And, I don't know why it behaves like this. - The reset button works 100% correctly!
As I wrote earlier, the main task of this button is to reset the search query - because this is a filter reset button. This button should not redirect to other pages - because this is a filter reset button and not a menu
example 1:
Current page - https://teppichbazar.at/farbe/blau-tuerkis
Search query - ?swoof=1&post_type=product&type_aws=true&aws_id=1&aws_filter=1&awscat=Form%3A1+Filter%3AAll&woof_text=W1
After you press the button to reset the filter the current page will be - https://teppichbazar.at/farbe/blau-tuerkis/
ok! The result is correct
example 2:
current page - https://teppichbazar.at
pagination - /page/2/
After you press the button to reset the filter the current page will be - https://teppichbazar.at
ok! The result is correct
If this correct behavior of the plugin does not suit you, then you need code customization, you can hire a developer to implement your custom functionality
