I bought your plugin Woof Product Filter because I thought that"hierarchy drop-down" can help me build a filter like the following link(the black filter like this web: "make-model-year").
And my web has lots of categories and high hierarchy levels, like: A-a.1--a.1.1---a.1.1.1. I just want to make the filter star from a.1 not A, but I can't miss the highest Level"A".
So could you please tell me:
- Can your plugin make a filter like that web? If it can, how can I do ?
- And the maximum level number of this filter is three?
- How to select categories for"hierarchy drop-down" filter?
- Or can I fill specific words in each level of"hierarchy drop-down"filter separately without using or changing my preset product categories?
- How can I get a refund if I don't want to return this plugin?

And now I have another question. That is I can't choose the third level in the hierarchy drop-down. I've already set right cataloges, just like: country-city-district. Why this problem happened? The link has been displayed in the"private data".
How can I solve this problem and display all these 3 levels in the right way?

Or it is because the conflict between other plugins or themes(I use Kadence)?
And also I want to know how to let the filtered results showed on the same page? After filtering, it will turn to the product archive page generated by this theme but I don't use this one.(and I don't know how to delet this page). It's a bit annoying.
