Upsell Table First Item Add To Cart Error

I am using the [woot_upsells] shortcode on our product pages with a shopping cart widget in the header. (Link in the private data) If I add the product to the cart, it is correctly added, and the cart counter is updated. Now, if I add a single item from the upsell table to the cart, the cart counter changes to 0, and if you check the cart contents using the cart widget, it is empty. Now, if you add another product from the upsell table, the cart counter changes to 3, and if you check the cart contents, all of the items are there. Adding additional items from the upsell table will work normally after this. It only seems to happen when you add the first product from the upsell table.

I have tried both the Elementor Menu Cart and Crocoblock WooCommerce Shopping Cart widgets, and they both have the same problem.
Any suggestions on how this can be fixed?

This problem seems to have resolved itself. Must have been some sort of caching issue.
