I can't seem to find the instructions for updating the plugin. In my admin section, the plugin does not say there's an update, but I am receiving emails that there is a new version to download. Does it not update itself? I want to make sure that I do not lose any of our customizations when/if we update.

If you have not customized the plugin code, the update will not remove the settings
