Updating Attributes in Variable Products

We updated a number of variable products on our production site (using a combination of Selenium scripts and manual work) and we have discovered that some of the attributes for the variable products were not changed correctly. We are not sure how to use BEAR (or if we can use BEAR) to identify the products in error and then to correct the product variations accordingly. Happy to pay consulting fee for someone to help us with this so we can get this fixed and also learn how to correct these kind of problems in the future. Below is a snapshot showing the issue.
