The support doesn work on Saturdays and Sundays, so some Friday requests can be answered on Monday. The dropdown menu labels have all defaulted to"Select an Option" after the last update. Is a fix for this issue to be expected. I have applied the labels above the menus, but it is only a temporary fix.
