Good afternoon,

I received a message from envato that a new update was ready. Download the file, I compressed it in zip format but WordPress tells me incompatible format, I attached a screenshot. Please help to install the new update. Greetings and thank you very much.

Yesterday I had the error and then I realized it.

I think I should uninstall the version I currently have and reinstall the program with the new update, is that correct?

Yes, that's right, or use a plugin from envato that will update the plugin automatically

Hello again,

Finally, a question. I manually installed the new update and then installed the envato plugin for the future, however.

Now the envato plugin administration tells me to install BEER, but I already have it installed.

I have to delete the plugin again and reinstall it from the Envato plugin.

Regarding whether I should uninstall the plugging again and install it from the envato plugging, could you please recommend something, I currently have it like this. I say this so that next time I can update it automatically from the Envato plugin.

Hello

Have you renamed the plugin folder?

If the envato plugin is configured correctly it should display something like"the plugin has no updates available"

You can try to remove the plugin and install it using envato

Hello,

I have uninstalled the plugin and reinstalled it through the Envato plugin, however in the envato tab it still appears install, I guess it will be fine that way.
