Good Afternoon --

Our client's website seems to be broke. On their categories, the pages just stop at a certain point and no longer show the rest of their products or the rest of the page (footer included). The error we are seeing is Uncaught ReferenceError: woof_get_submit_link is not defined at HTMLDocument.<anonymous>

For an example you can visit sarahalexandra.com/product-category/signature-shirt. The page just cuts off after a bunch of the products and the other products no longer appear, nor does the rest of the page (footer). We just reactivated the plugin and are using version 2.2.2.1.

Please let us know what we can do to get this resolved as the client is very unhappy that a lot of her products are no longer showing on the site.

Thank you!

Hello

Try  this  option ->Plugin settings->Advanced->Options - https://c2n.me/43kdMK1.png

If  no luck - disable js optimization

if  no  luck - drop  me exact  link to the issue and  even better wp-admin access - https://c2n.me/42BAoj4.png

Hi Pablo --

I have added the information you requested into the private data for this topic. Thank you! Looking forward to getting this resolved for the client!

Hello

Did  you  customize plugin code?  this code should not be here - https://c2n.me/43kOfqU.png AND  for some reason the plugin file front.js does not load

Hi Pablo --

No, I would not have touched any of the code within the plugin. I uploaded the latest version of the plugin before contacting you guys as well, so everything should be exactly as the plugin comes. I have made zero updates of changes to any files within the plugin. Please let me know what can be done to resolve this ASAP as the client would like to have this resolved before the weekend (and that starts in 3.5 hours for my office). Thank you.

Hi Pablo -- If it helps, the code you are referring to, I found it in your plugin code under the"class-woof-category.php" file on line 475. I have never touched this file, but it looks like it is part of the plugin. I tried commenting it out on a local copy of my site just to see if it fixed anything, it got rid of the error, but the page was still broken. I undid my change so that I am not messing with the plugin. But wanted to let you know what I attempted. Thanks.

Hi Pablo - Please disregard all of the above. I have found the issue, it was due to some other changes on the site recently. (Their site is really old and not built properly, so it is always a bandaid fix when things go wrong). I am so sorry to have wasted your time on this. My apologies.

Hello

Great! I'm glad you managed to fix it.
