For some reason, the plugin doesn't update. I created another token on the Envato API and I installed it, but it still shows the button"install" and says that"Destination folder already exists". The version I have is"2.0.61.

Please let me know.

I don't want to"manually" update every time (downloading). I want to be able to update from WP directly.

Unfortunately updates are not dependent on our plugin. If you have problems with the Envato plugin - contact them for support

How can I update the plugin without losing my settings then?

You  can  delete  the  old  version  and  install  the  new  version. All  settings  will  be  saved

It worked and kept my settings! And also, now it is showing"active" on the Envato Market, so I will hopefully be able to update from WP from now on.
