Unable to update
The support doesn work on Saturdays and Sundays, so some Friday requests can be answered on Monday. We are still unbale to update the plugin. I have followed the API setup but this will not accept the details. Prbably due to security measures already added to the site.
Using the Envato update API is not something we feel if a workable solution as this will violate audit tools and prevent us from getting notifications of new updates.
Woof Product Filters is also available on the WordPress Repository and would must prefer to be able to download updates from there.
Envato have not been able to resolve their issues with thier API system and working with them is very difficult as their work hours are the opposite to us here in the UK.
I can download the latest plugin from Envato but then I would need to deactivate and uninstall the current version which would loose all out settings and widget locations within WordPress.
I strongly urge you to look into an alternative update method instead of using the Envato API system.
