I purchased and installed the WOOF plugin last week on my website. Most options appear operational, some are not such as adding images or icons. We have only been able to save some configuration, which has limited our development. Originally we assumed there was conflict with other plugins we are using, although we checked each and then downloaded WOOF to our local server with a different WC theme and only few default plugin and we still have the same issues. Can you please make contact so you can access our site to assist.

used free version of this plugin and test on local server with default theme and still options not saved. And I am using wordpress version 5.7.2
can you please confirm plugin is compatible with wp version.

Try to set this code :
php_value max_input_vars 300000
If no luck - contact your hosting support. Sometimes they limit the ability to customize the server
