when I use to select one or more option in the checkbox dropdown option unable to select it and it don't uncheck when I uncheck the selected category.

It looks like a JS conflict with a third party script.

I will try to disable plugins/themes to find a conflict

Can  I  disable  plugins/theme  to test?

The problem is that there is no such error on our test sites and clients have never described such  error.  Therefore, it is most likely a conflict with a third-party script.

i know what is the issue ? - In file - \wp-content\plugins\woocommerce-products-filter\js\html_types\checkbox.js  - I deleted  this  code  - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20210902121959.png

It looks like this is a CSS conflict with the current theme. Please  add CSS:

.woocommerce .kallyas-wc-cols--4 ul.products li.product {
z-index: -1;
}

.woocommerce .woocommerce-ordering, .woocommerce .woocommerce-result-count {
 z-index: -1;
}

the problem is resolved after placing the given css the drop over lapping problem resolved but unable to click any product after placing the given css.

Ok, just changed CSS code to

.zn_shop_four_columns .woof.woof_sid{
   position: relative;
   z-index: 9999;
}
