Hi, after some test I made purchase of your plugin and I was hoping that premium version will make site filtering quicker. Im using step-by-step filter on front page, we have more than 11000 products and variations and without Turbo mode filtering took 8-10 second. When I enabled Turbo mode site seems to been not loaded properly and also it´s not possible to select first step. Could you please check our site and let me know what can we do about it? Thank you. http://www.officemax.sk

Hello Pablo,

thank you for your quick reply. I added purchase code into private data and also checked docs. Because of my client and their need I must use step by step filter and because of many variations I also have to use drop down. When I disabled Turbo mode, dynamic recount and hide empty terms option, filtering was pretty fast. But I can´t use it with these options because in second and third step there will be more that 5000 options even though more of them will be empty and will make 0 results.

Filter is as follows :

1 step - printer producer ( for example Canon )

2 step - printer type ( for example BubbleJet )

3 step - printer name ( for example BubbleJet 123 )

So I would like to use step by step drop down filter which will be hidding empty terms after each step.In my case if I will choose Canon at first step, only printer types from Canon will be displayed at step no.2. Not Epson, HP or pther producers.

Is this possible?

Hello

You have a lot of taxonomies. Unfortunately, with so many taxonomies, this is normal speed.
