Hello,

The placeholder in the text search input doesnt seem to translate.

WPML sees it only as admin string. I translated it, but it still shows as untranslated in frontend.

Also tried live scan of frontend strings, WPML doesnt see it (unless the string domain is different than woocommerce-products-filter, in that case what domain should I scan for exactly?).

Everything else is fine (taxonomies, attributes and variations labels), just the placeholder of the text input is the issue.

And yes I have read https://products-filter.com/working-with-wpml but it doesnt say anything about text input placeholder.

Search is here (temp url).

I can share dev env access if needed.

Thank you

Hello

Please paste your license key here - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230222134241.png -> https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230222134511.png

Update the plugin to latest version - https://products-filter.com/how-to-make-auto-update-for-wordpress-plugins-and-themes-bought-on-envato

I pasted the license and access info.

I dont have any update notice in plugins page... which is not good WP practice, if there are actually updates.

I dont want to use the envato market plugin, shouldnt be necessary just for updates, if my key is valid.

I also tried changing the string in the form, to see if WPML it would see it now. Issue is still there, string is not recognized by WPML, not even with live scan, or seen at all even in admin strings.

Can you please provide an actual step by step way to fix it please? not links to pages that dont help.

Thank you

Hello

I dont have any update notice in plugins page... which is not good WP practice, if there are actually updates. - In this case you should write to the envato platform

I dont want to use the envato market plugin  - OK! then you should always check manually for available updates of all the plugins you bought on envato

Please  try to read  this - https://products-filter.com/working-with-wpml  - This applies to all custom strings that you entered manually.

My  test - Video inserted in private data

Thank you!

I think that the help page description is misleading as it says that it's for translating taxonomy labels, not ALL labels, even text input fields.

Hello

Ok! I will pass this on to the administrator to correct the description. Thank you.
