You need to log-in to create request (topic) to the support
Thumbnail replaced by thumbnail_id after upgrade
The support doesn work on Saturdays and Sundays, so some Friday requests can be answered on Monday. Since upgrading the plugin, the thumbnail column was replaced by thumbnail_id. I cannot find an option to display the thumbnail visually in the settings.

Please check your meta fields, maybe you added thumbnail_id. Please remove it.

It added itself after upgrading the plugin, replacing the thumbnail preview. I remove it but there is no thumbnail preview column that I can find in the settings.
