It looks like the problem is that you customized the role of your user.

Ok!  I got  it

It looks like the problem is that you customized the role of your user.

(But when this problem occurred, this account was Administrator 
All Shop Manager accounts are working fine)

And if you customized the user role and now the user data is not stored correctly, this can cause problems.

These user roles must have - manage_options

Check your FTP access settings. I can't save my changes
