Hi there,

I was testing your plugin yesterday and the free version didn't break the site, so I bought it because I needed it.

And now I can't use it, I need help!

How can I use the plugin to do what it is supposed to do without breaking my site?

This is the error message: AH01071: Got error 'PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 1077936128 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 63680322448 bytes) in /var/www/vhosts/purodreams.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/bulk-editor/data/fields.php on line 8', referer: https://purodreams.com/wp-admin/plugins.php?plugin_status=all&paged=1&s

Need to use the plugin.

Thanks

Looking forward hearing from you

Hello

Looks like your server doesn't have enough resources. Contact the hosting support to increase the memory

Hi Pablo,

Thanks for your fast reply.

Problem is over.

Hello

Great! Welcome;)

Good morning,

Since I installed the plugin on Monday, the server CPU usage has gone up to almost 80% at peak times.

I discovered it by chance yesterday when the load times and TTFB started to rise above 40 seconds and even over a minute.

After doing all kinds of tests we found that the CPU usage was above 50% with peaks yesterday, when it was taking so long to load the pages, of 80%.

Checking when the CPU resources started to be so high we found that it coincides with the installation of your plugin. It is the only installation or update we have done this week.

The experts say it could be that it may be leaving some process open, looping or cronofied.

I would like to know if anyone else has reported a similar problem, if it is me doing something wrong in the use of the plugin.

I can not attach a graph with the CPU usage of this week. As you could see it coincides with the installation and complaint that the plugin was breaking the web.

I look forward to your response

Regards

Hello

This plugin is activated (connects files and functions) only when the user enters its settings.

If you and your colleagues did not actively work with editing posts at this time - I doubt that the reason is in my plugin

Hi,

We did.

We edited and changed some fields in the posts when activated the plugin.

After changes were made we did not work anymore with the plugin but it was still activated.

Hello

but it was still activated. - If you haven't edited products, then my plugin didn't include files and functions - didn't use server resources
