Hello

Please paste your license key here - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230222134241.png -> https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230222134511.png

It's a bit strange. Because this plugin doesn't work with woocommerce.

Thks Pablo the license key is already paste.

The Plugin is called FOX - Currency Switcher Professional for WooCommerce, it is impossible for it, not to work with Woocommerce. The problems are the following:

1. The Euro currency everything works fine. I am working with 2 additional plugins for some requirements of my clients, 1) Flexible Shipping by Octolize 2) WooCommerce Extra Fees Plugin by TheDotstore

2. At Flexible Shipping we have the First condition. Free shipping is from 500.00 Euros minimun order, when the customer changes the purchase currency, the FOX plugin doesn't understand the conversion of 500.00 Euros (which is the condition), therefore it never gives free freight, if the customer is purchasing in USD or GTQ. which would be the equivalent in each currency of USD 545 = Free shipping or Q. 4,345.00 = Free shipping which would be the equivalent of 500.00 Euros.

3. In Woocommerce Extra Fees we have the Second condition for the country of Guatemala there is an extra charge, which from 1,000.00 euros=extra charge of 100.00 Euros, it doesn't detect the currency exchange either, if the customer buys Q. 1000.00 GTQ, immediately sets the charge of 100 Euros and it doesn't convert the 100 Euros either, which would be in USD 105 or in GTQ 869.00 but only the symbol of the currency changes, 100 Euros or 100 USD or 100 GTQ.

4. Finally, if I enable"Is multiple allowed" the checkout passes in the currency that the client chose but if not activated it always converts in Euros, if I do not enable it, then it fulfills the functions of point 3, but it doesn't go to the Checkout in the currency the customer chose.

It's a little frustrating at this point, because I thought when I made the purchase that it would just be installing it, adding the currencies and that's it, but no. Just as a question, in the plugin when I bought it there is a video that explains that there is a chat to resolve it during the 6-month support, I can't find it or I don't know where because it is always done through this forum or send an email electronic and most likely the problems that arise in my case would already be resolved.

And it starts to get worse when you tell me that this plugin doesn't work for Woocommerce. From the plugin on my page it always takes me to this same forum or page or from Codycone it always takes me to this page.

Waiting for your soon answer

Hello

I highly recommend you watch this video - https://currency-switcher.com/video#NBEdOjuKDtk  AND  https://currency-switcher.com/video#RbECsczDnQs

And it starts to get worse when you tell me that this plugin doesn't work for Woocommerce.  - First of all, you posted support in the wrong thread. You wrote to WPCS support - this plugin does not work with woocommerce. Secondly, you use the currency switcher from WPCS( https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20231027103000.png ) to switch the currency in FOX (of course this is not correct)

Please enable WPCS and set FOX switcher

You are using two third-party plugins that are incompatible with multicurrency. This may happen, and we have a proposal especially for such cases - https://currency-switcher.com/woocs-labs  - (I think you've already read this). You can create a new adaptation request. Please  add  wp-admin+FTP  access  to your test site - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230222134241.png ->https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230222134615.png - And I'll add it to the adaptation queue
