We have a new issue with the plugin. If the"Hide empty terms" option is enabled: https://prnt.sc/fuuP4qeU9XM1, all filtering attributes start to disappear on catalog pages: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/38110399?key=914d1e6d8e73a6dc8f2c37ebc4ba4adb. Why does this issue occur?

Hello

Please check the products, they should be marked in the whole category chain (from child to top level parent)

It looks like the issue was with the Turbo Mode cache. We are no longer observing this bug today.

Hello

It looks like the issue was with the Turbo Mode cache.  - Yes, because turbo mode uses another database in which there is no taxonomy hierarchy. Solution: Please check the products, they should be marked in the whole category chain (from child to top level parent)

We have started experiencing this issue again, but now it occurs after selecting a filter attribute. For example, on this page: https://bagland.com.ua/ryukzak-dlya-ditey:
https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/38249943?key=7176555e70d66683005ac12955259df6.

The products are in the correct category. The issue occurs only when applying the filter.

Hello

Ok!  Are you sure you have marked the entire category chain for all products?

Not sure I understand your question. Сategory https://bagland.com.ua/ryukzak-dlya-ditey has no parent categories. Therefore, the products do not have a category hierarchy. They are assigned this category.

Hello

Ok!  Try  to regenerate  search file.

If  no  luck - Try  to  disable JS optimization

Unfortunately, this didn't help.

Hello

My  test - https://share.pluginus.net/video/v20250403103910.mp4

Try applying at least one filter parameter on this page.

Hello

Please disable cache and js optimization

and do  a test

We have deployed a test site. I've provided you with the access credentials in the private data.
Caching is completely disabled there, but the issue still persists.

This looks like a conflict with the redirection setting.  I changed the filter slug and it works, but due to the site settings, the Queried obj is not generated on the result page.

the Queried obj is not generated on the result page.

Can you explain what this means in our case?

How could this be tied to the filter slug? We can't change it right now, as it would significantly affect our SEO settings and search engine indexing.

Hello

Can you explain what this means in our case? -  Read this please https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/classes/wp_query/get_queried_object/  - This variable defines the archive context

How could this be tied to the filter slug?  - It looks like you have set up redirects to use filter links in the menu.  Our developer will check it.

https://bagland.com.ua/ryukzak-dlya-ditey/filter/  - The error occurs even when the search is empty

I understand what you mean. Yes, we encountered this issue recently while troubleshooting the search problem. `get_queried_object` starts working if you enable the 'Disable swoof influence' option. But then the search stops working correctly.

Please let me know when you manage to figure this out. Thank you.

Hello

I have passed the site data to the developers for a more detailed analysis. Tomorrow they will do a series of tests on your site
