The filters are not working on my site at all

Hi there,
I used the filters for colors, fabric and price, but no matter what I select on them, the same 4 products appear, even though not everything matches based on my selected filters.

Note: I am using Woolentor to display the products, hopefully thats not the issue!?

Yes, this third party template does not hear search queries.
To show products use standard woocommerce function OR shortcode [woof_products]
Ok Yes, I understand that woolentor is the problem,
I used [woof_products] and all is well but how can I change the settings to displaying only 3 products in a row and not four, I tried through the customizer and it does not have an effect. Is there any other way to do this?
