The filter does not result any products, it gives blank page

Hi there, what could the problem be using Avada theme and using the filter as a widget on the category pages left sidebar (woocommerce archive pages) if any filtering results in a blank page?

And the second problem is that it displays all the criterias all the time, we want to have only those filter fields which are for the products listed on the right. Thanks!
