Hello Everyone! How are you?

I'm experiencing an issue with the filter logic, even after following the steps provided in your video tutorial and enabling dynamic count.

I have a main product category called"Vinyl Records", which includes several subcategories:

Vinyl Format: (12", 10", 7", Picture Disc)

Vinyl Condition: (VG, VG+, NM, M)

Genres: (Rock, Pop, Disco, Acid House, etc.)

The problem is that when I apply multiple filters at once — for example:

Format: 12"

Condition: NM

Genre: Acid House

The filter does not exclude products that don’t meet all selected criteria. Instead, it seems to combine the results from each taxonomy independently. So I end up seeing all 12" vinyls plus all NM vinyls plus all Acid House records — rather than only the records that match all three conditions simultaneously.

I expected the filter to behave as an AND logic across taxonomies, especially with dynamic count enabled. But it seems to be applying OR logic or simply not filtering properly.

Hi, Pablo! Although I added the"and", the filter it's still not working. I also have included the purchase code cause I don't know where to finde the license key. I bought the filter through envato market.

Hello

Yes, it looks like OR logic is enabled for categories.

If you are sure that you have activated the AND logic for categories, then perhaps this is a conflict with third-party functionality.

The problem may be in a third-party template or plugin that interferes with the search query. Unfortunately without ftp+wp-admin access I can't determine the cause of the problem more precisely
