The category pages now display the Store name and not the category name in the H2

I am not a Woocommerce expert yet but helping out a friend
I have installed the latest Woof product filter plugin and am configuring it at https://www.ukhomeshoppingonline.com - however if I view the standard product category I get the correct category name appearing in the H2 but if I use the Woof to show me a filtered category I just get 'Online Store' appearing and customers cannot see which category they are then viewing.
Any idea how I can make the selected Category name appear in the H2 please?
I should have made this clearer - it's H3 and not H2 - this is an example of the issue
This URL displays correctly

but as soon as I filter that category I get this
