text not scrolling to top when going to next page

I have a problem that the webpage is not scrolling back to top when i go to next page of products, weh i disable the filter it scrolls back to top.
Can you please tell me how to fix this ?

The Js code is not working, i use oceanWP theme maybe that help for you.
Only disabling AJAX works but i want use AJAX because of speed.
