Hi Support,

I was have trouble getting this corrected. I was facing issue with showing the custom product attribute terms in the woof filter in the current custom attribute archive page. For ex, Woof Filter for the"Location" attribute is not listing/retrieving the"Location" terms in the"Location" archive page.

Could anyone help me with that?

Hello

On the archive page, the filter will only show child taxonomies.  The attribute has no hierarchy at all.

Thanks for your response. Is there anyway I can get the attribute terms in the attribute archive page ? Because I have the 5 attribute filters set in the shop page. While navigating to the individual taxonomy archive page, it doesn't show the current taxonomy filter, which would look odd for the users and also if the user wants to filter with the other terms from the same attribute list, it will be be possible right now.

Hello

It doesn't make sense to show a filter for this taxonomy on the taxonomy page. Because in this case, any filtration will give the result - zero products.

Hi, thanks for the reply.

Actually, it would make sense commonly. But what if we need to have an attribute"Color" for a clothing product, because one apparel can be tagged to many colors as per the apparel. With the current plugin functionality customer could not able to filter with other associated colors in the Color attribute archive page. Would that be an issue for the client ?

It just doesn't depend on the filter! what products should be displayed on the archive page (attribute red)? To show any other color, you need to redirect to another page of the archive. And this is already the functionality of the menu. In your case, use the menu instead of the filter to navigate through different pages of the archive (taxonomy)
