Hello the tax_exclude feature does not seem to work or probably am not using it correctly.

[woof tax_exclude=’pa_eco-friendly’]

;-> i have an attribute with slug named 'pa_eco-friendly' and it not excluding the filters.

I need to show these features in a presentation before we purchase it.

How can you help ?

Hello

Please drop me exact link to the issue

Hello Pablo,

Here is the link. : https://staging-products.rtknits.com/t-shirt/

Basically i want some filters on the left and some filters on top of the products as you can see in the page.

For the top I want only ‘search text’ and ‘Product T-Shirt Parts Filter’ and on the left side I want to exclude ‘Product Parts’ and display all other filters. How can I achieve that?

Please see below:

On top of the products (I want to display only search and ‘Tshirt parts filter’) :

[woof_text_filter]

[woof tax_exclude=’pa_eco-friendly’]

[woof_products taxonomies=product_cat:28]

On left side of the product :

[woof]

Hello

You are using invalid characters in the shortcode. Please remove this shortcode and insert this: [woof tax_exclude='pa_eco-friendly']

Thanks a lot Pablo.

Welcome;)
