Hi, I have a table here: https://www.crosshydraulics.com.au/product/hex-flx-flywheel-assemblies/

It loads in Chrome but not Edge or Firefox.
Any ideas to why this would be?

I've updated everything to the latest version.

Hello Mark

Do you use any security and cache plugin?

Hi Pablo

Thank you very much for the prompt reply.
They use Wordfence for security and no caching software that I am aware of.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Mark

Try to  disable Wordfence  to  test

The problem is that I see that the server does not provide access to ajax requests.  And it doesn't depend on the browser.  In your case it works because the user is registered

Wow, and thanks.
Deactivated WordFence and it's working.

I respect that this points to to the server configuration and not the software.
Do you think that there is something I need to configure in Wordfence or the actual hosting environment?
Any assistance is greatly appreciated as now have no security :-(

Regards

Mark

Hello Mark

I think this is something that can be changed in the Wordfence plugin settings

Unfortunately, I don’t know what setting needs to be changed and I think you should write to Wordfence support

Problem: When the user is not authorized Ajax request returns code 403
