Sync column & filter profiles (inc admin)

Is there a way to sync column & filter profiles across users (including admins).
There is setting called 'Synchronize managers profiles' but clearly states 'The profiles will be the same for all managers. Except the administrator.'.
Couldn't find anything in the documentation.

These profiles are not shared across users though. I need to be able to share these profiles.
For example administrator 1 needs to access administrator's 2 column/filter profile
Is this possible? Adding the same setting code you mentioned didn't work.
