Hi!  I've added a new category 'SAN DIEGO' under the parent category 'COLLECTIONS'.  I can't get it to come into the filter.  I thought it should do that automatically after clearing server and browser cache but it doesn't.  I also added the category to a product to make sure that wasn't preventing it from adding.

Here's the page with the filter:

Thanks so much for your help.

Hello Diane

Yes it should be added automatically

Please  clear  cache  in Advanced->Options-> https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20231205135101.png

Hi Pablo,

I really appreciate your help and I didn't know about these Cache options so it's so helpful to know about them.  But, this didn't help bring the new sub-category into the filter.  I even disabled the W3 Cache plugin thinking that might be interfering and then tried clearing the filter cache as well as server and browser caches.

I've set both cache settings so they'll automatically clear every hour but no love so far.

If you have any other ideas, I'd be grateful if you could share them.

Hello Diane

Please drop me wp-admin access to your site - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230222134241.png ->  https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230222134615.png - I will check it

Hi Pablo,

I hate to be dense, but didn't understand why you included the two .pngs.  I've created the account - you should get a notification at admin@pluginus.net.

Hello

I'm a support worker, and this is the site administrator's address. You sent access to the site administrator and he has nothing to do with plugin support

To share with me ( support worker) access to the site or any private information, please, use this field - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230222134241.png -> https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230222134615.png

Thanks for your patience.  I've posted a message for you but basically, I need to know what email you'd like me to use to setup access.

Hello

it doesn't matter. You can use any email (even one that doesn’t exist). for example test@test.te( use any other)

The main thing is to provide me with the login and password of the new user - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230222134241.png ->https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230222134615.png

Thanks for the info.  I've sent the login info to you.

Hello

Ok I checked   it.

You only have one term in the COLLECTIONS attribute  - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20231213135800.png

You have categories but you don't display it at all - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20231213140113.png -> https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20231213140144.png

Looks like you confused category with attribute

Oh goodness, I'm so sorry I didn't remember that.  I sincerely appreciate your wonderful help.  This plugin is amazing.

Have a great day!

Diane
