Hi There,
I have a extra light grey box inside my checkbox, and and extra black dot for selected boxed.
Please see here
These elements do not show up in the Designer, only on the live site.

This is a conflict with the CSS styles of the current theme.
Try to add this CSS

}
clear all cache and Ctrl+F5
