Hi,

I have written to you several times now, because and don't know what to do any longer? I have Hestia Pro theme, Elementor PRO and WOOF Product filter in my Woo commerce shop. When I did the set up for all this, everything worked just fine. Now, after updating Elementor, everything with the WOOF Filter is messed up. I have tried to roll back my settings but nothing works.

  1. from the start the filter was on the left hand side in my woo commerce, now it's placed on top of the products with an imagination mirror icon that I can click and after that the filter options expands on top of the side, not to the left. Se attached screen shots
  2. I received a htaccess. code yesterday which I have uploaded in my FTP, nothing happens.
  3. I have tested to set the options to Set the filter automatically with NO, but then the filter totally disappears. It must be set to YES if the filter options shall be visible at all.
  4. I have placed the WOOF Product filter widget in the WooCommerce sidebar, without any luck. Nothing change

So please, can you help me so I can get this to be as it was from the start please?

I have tried to insert photos here so you can see, but it doesn't work either?

Will it help to upgrade to your PRO version? What happen if it doesen't work either? Have you tested it with my programs? I can consider buying the PRO version if this will solve all my problems, but you must guarantee me that before I purchase in that case.

Please, can you help??

Please create a page with a standard sidebar (not elementor  section ) and insert a widget into it
