Hi,

I purchased the Pro version of the plugin and am experiencing an issue.

Once the plugin is activated, it is no longer possible to sort the items in the store. When I click on one of the sorting options (by price, popularity, or date), nothing happens.
If I deactivate the plugin, the sorting works again.

I should mention that I have the latest version of the plugin, which I just downloaded from Envato.

Any ideas on how to fix this problem?

Thank you!

Hello Bertrand

Just entered the site boutique and I not see not the shop page and not products there https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20250908131234.png , please create there some product and shop page to make tests. As I undertood its new site, so please also share in the private are of this ticket wp-admin access there to play with code. Just now only idea that this is conflict with current wp theme or any installed plugin ...

Hi Alex

Yes, it's a new store already configured with some products. You can't see them if you're not logged in.

The tests already done by myself : disable all others plugins, doesn't fix the problem; change theme, this fix the problem.
So, I think also that the problem is a conflict with my theme...

I've shared the login and password in the private section of the ticket.

Thanks !
Bertrand

Hello Bertrand

Yes, it looks like this is incompatible with the current theme.

Try to find the sorting settings in the theme (template) settings, maybe you activated the Ajax sorting mode or something like that, disable it for the test

If this does not work, please add FTP access - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230222134241.png ->https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230222134615.png and I will try to check if it is possible to solve this incompatibility.

Hello Pablo,

I've searched for an option about sorting in the theme options, but found nothing.
I've also opened a ticket on the theme support for helping me disabling the Ajax sorting mode, but got no answer.

I've added the FTP credentials in the hidden section...

Thanks,
Bertrand

Hello Bertrand

I disabled custom theme sorting( renamed the template file ) - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20250912223825.png

Now there is a standard sorting - https://share.pluginus.net/video/v20250912224059.mp4

Hello

That's great, thank you very much for resolving this issue.
I will inform the theme publisher so that they can do something about it.

I'll just have to remember to do it again if the theme is updated!

Have a great weekend,
Best Regards

Hello
