Sort order After Selection Not Working

I've searched through the forum, but I'm having a problem with the sort order after I pick a category. Everything is working as expected, but it takes a page refresh before the products are sorted correctly by title. I have it set in the"Additional Options" to sort by title. The products that come up are correct, but they are not in alphabetical order. Attached is a screencast and the link is https://humanitiesnespeakersbureau.org/catalog/

"Additional Options" to sort by title. - Where? This plugin does not affect sorting. If you mean it - https://prnt.sc/txo45m - this is a taxonomy sort

The taxonomy sorting makes sense, thank you.
For the WooCommerce portion, I have that setting in WooCommerce and I did just double-check. In the video, you will see that when I apply a filter, the products are not ordered by name. But if you hit refresh they are. That is my main question (and the clients). When they click on any of the filters they are not sorted.
