Hi there

I have noticed that the Product Sort feature is not working correctly when WOOF is installed. I deactivated your plugin and it worked as it should.

The issue occurs when I visit a category or search for a product and then try to Sort by any of the options (price, popularity, latest, etc...), it just takes me to the main Shop listing where the products are then sorted. It should be displaying the sorted items from my specification.

Steps to reproduce:

Scenario 1 -

Search"accor" in the search bar and hit enter.
Once the page has loaded, select"Sort by price: high to low".
See the results that load the full Shop page.

Scenario 2 - 

Visit"Singles" category from the main menu.
Once the page has loaded, select"Sort by price: high to low".
See the results that load the full Shop page.

Update please to the latest version, just now installed v.2.2.5.1 and do tests, and also in secret area (Private data, blue button on the right side) insert please  purchase code.

Just now try in tab Advanced -> tab Options -> 'Disable swoof influence' set 'Yes'. If the issue still there - in secret area provide wp-admin and FTP access to the site

I don't have a purchase code as this plugin was included with a theme that I purchased. Is a purchased version required for this bug to be fixed?

Setting 'Disable swoof influence' to 'Yes' did not work for me, unfortunately.

Yes, but lets try to fix it firstly, and if I will fix it you can buy license with support included, but share please ftp to the site, with wp admin I can not test code. If the site alive create please site-clone on test subdomain using Duplicator https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator and give me please full access there

Thanks. I see it's working fine on the staging site, however, when it try remove the line of js from the live site it doesn't help. Is there another step that I should be taking?
