Sort category tree by first level ID, alphabetical order by second level

On the category editing page, try dragging them into the desired order. Clear all page and do a test
I.m soory, but is a multilanguage site (WPML). Ordering categories works only for 1 language site (second language has no alphabetical ordering on second level category tree).
How can I do?
