For our website we have an issue and is that some visitors for some strange reasons dont get geo-ip rules correctly.

For example, 10-20% of visitors from USA see the prices in EUR instead of US Dollars, the same happens with UK

We pay for the premium version.

We use siteground server and we have the following options:

Currency storage: trasient

I am using cache plugin on my site: No

Please help because we are quiet desperates

So maybe it's some issue with cache? As I told you for 80% of cases it works good but there is other 20% wrong.

Hello

Please note that GeoIP only works for the first visit of users. After that, the plugin stores the last currency of the user.

Perhaps these users are not visiting the site for the first time and have already changed the currency
